Venita Dimos is an experienced Lawyer, Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Brain-Based Coach. She is the Founder and Director of The Mediation Company Pty Ltd. 

For over 20+ years, Venita has helped thousands of people solve complex problems and navigate difficult times in their lives. She holds multiple formal qualifications and certifications and is passionate about empowering individuals with life mastery through her Instagram account @VenitaDimos.

Venita is the author of 10-Second Coach, an Audible original book designed to help people increase confidence, reduce overwhelm and feel more in control of their everyday lives. She is also the author of the 6-book children's series "Mini & Milo" which builds children's emotional and social intelligence early on, so they arrive into adulthood armed with skills that support their future success and happiness.

Venita is a Member of the Law Institute, Mediation Institute, International Coaching Federation, Global Society of Children's Authors, Neuroscience Coaching Network and Australian Society of Authors.

During her extensive experience in the legal industry, Venita held senior positions in major Australian banking and financial institutions ANZ and Aviva Australia (now NAB) as a Senior Corporate Lawyer.  She was responsible for advising, drafting and negotiating major corporate and information technology contracts, and advising on areas of banking and finance, privacy, dispute resolution, superannuation, insurance, products and investments.  

She also worked in private practice including for multinational law firm Baker and McKenzie, specialising in project and structured finance in the fields of power, natural resources and telecommunications, electronic commerce and developing financial products for lenders.
